Speed+Dedication+Self-Discipline=Winners

The Wings of Omaha Track Club was fortunate enough to have four people qualify for the National Junior Olympics hosted in Omaha, Nebraska.  Those people were, Jade King(bantam) 100(1st) and long jump(1st), Raven Fulkerson(midget) 80 meter hurdles(3rd), Marquette Dixon(midget) 100(2nd-would have set the Association recomrd if he came in 1st), 200(3rd) and 400(1st), Ward Jefferson(youth) high jump(3rd).  The Wings of Omaha also had a number of members set a P.R.(personal record). Those people were Taleah Gully(bantam)100, 200 and 400, Mia Bonam(bantam)400, Kendall Bonam(bantam) 100 and 4X100, Danelle Bonam(bantam)100 and 4X100, Kaylynn Tucker(bantam)100, Erin Davis(bantam)100, 4X100 and long jump, Jordyn Bonam(bantam)4X100, Raven Fulkerson(midget)200, 400 and 80 meter hurdles, Atalia Kemp(midget) 80 meter hurdles, Taylor Welchen(youth) 400 and long jump, Azzure Turner(youth)long jump, Jarrett Proby(bantam)shot put and javelin, Marquette Dixon(midget)100 and 400, Jared Pistorious(midget)100, 200 and long jump, Robert Wright III(midget) 80 meter hurdles, Matthew McGruder(youth) 200 and 400 and Ward Jefferson(youth) high jump and long jump.  Congratulation Wings!!!

Congratulations to Tyler White-Welchen and Jordan Proby for passing their test to become a black belt belt!!! Aswell as Jarrett Proby for passing his test to become a black belt belt!

On Saturday May 26, 2007, Jordan Proby became the first athlete in Wings of Omaha short history to participate in the high jump....he finished with a 1st place gold medal
